Description

A sweet apple cinnamon crisp is alternated with vanilla greek yogurt and homemade almond vanilla granola to make the ultimateApple Crisp Parfait! You have to try it!

Ingredients

  • 3granny smith apples, diced {peeled & cored}
  • 2汤匙of butter
  • 2汤匙of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoonof cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoonof salt
  • Homemade Almond Vanilla Granola
  • 32 oz. Chobani Greek Vanilla Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Make yourHomemade Almond Vanilla Granolafor the topping. Set aside.
  2. In a medium sized saute pan over medium heat, add butter and diced apples. Saute for 1 minute.
  3. Next, add brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine and saute for 8-10 minutes until apples are soft. Remove from stove and set aside to cool.
  4. In an 8 oz. glass, add 2 Tablespoons of Greek vanilla yogurt, 2 Tablespoons of apple cinnamon mixture, 2 Tablespoon of Almond Vanilla Granola and repeat once.
  5. Serve!
