Description

Comfort food has a new name –Pancetta Pasta with Goat Cheese Sauce. A savory pasta dish with crispy pancetta, sweet caramelized brussels sprouts, juicy cherry tomatoes and a creamy goat cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof fresh brussel sprouts, halved
  • 1 pintof cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2汤匙of olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 4 oz. of cubed pancetta
  • 1 cupof onion, chopped
  • 1磅Dreamfields天使头发面食
  • 4 oz. of goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cupof reserved pasta cooking liquid

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Spread brussels sprouts and cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, season with olive oil, salt, & pepper.
  3. Roast for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a large pot of water to boiling and add angel hair pasta to pot, cook until al dente.
  5. In the meantime, heat a medium saute pan to medium high heat, add pancetta and saute for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  6. Next add onions to pancetta, saute for 4-5 minutes.Set aside.
  7. In a large serving bowl, add angel hair pasta, brussels sprouts, cherry tomatoes, pancetta & onions, goat cheese, and reserved water.
  8. Gently mix until cheese is melted and pasta is all combined.
  9. Serve.
