Description
香辣烤番茄鳄梨酱is made with roasted cherry tomatoes and jalapeños, then infused with citrus juice. It’s topped with salty queso fresco for the ultimate Guacamole spread!

Ingredients
- 4avocados, mashed
- 1/3 cupof roasted cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cupof red onion, diced
- 1jalapeño, roasted {only use 1/2 of it, use more if you like it spicy}
- 1garlic clove, minced
- lime juice
- juice ofhalf anorange
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Roast cherry tomatoes and whole jalapeño for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let sit until cool. Remove seeds from jalapeño and dice up half of the jalapeño. Set aside.
- In a bowl, add roasted cherry tomatoes, diced jalapeños, diced red onions, and minced garlic clove.
- Mash up avocados and put in bowl with the rest of the vegetables.
- Add lime juice, juice from half an orange, salt and pepper.
- Mix together and serve!
- {optional: top with crumbled queso fresco}
