A gluten free Teriyaki Marinade for Chicken that’s sweet, salty and slightly tangy from the rice wine vinegar.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cuptamari sauce
- 2汤匙brown sugar
- 2汤匙honey
- 1 tablespoonrice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoonsesame oil
- 1 teaspoongarlic, minced
- 1 teaspoonground ginger
- 1 teaspoonsesame seeds
- 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
- 一个中等大小的碗里添加酱油酱,brown sugar, honey, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ground ginger, sesame seeds and black pepper. Using a whisk, mix until well combined.
- Add chicken to a large storage bag and pour marinade over chicken.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour. (always better if it marinates overnight)
