  • 2 1/2 cupsshredded rotisserie chicken, white meat
  • 1/2 cupfranks red hot sauce
  • 1杯halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupsliced red onion

  • (optional) ranch for drizzle

Instructions

  1. To a small bowl add chicken and franks red hot. Using a fork stir to combine everything.
  2. To each romaine leaf add: buffalo chicken mixture, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion and 2 slices of avocado.
  3. Optional: drizzle with ranch dressing.
