Description

TheseGrilled Beef Kabobsare made with tender Top Sirloin and alternated with fresh seasonal vegetables, served with a homemadeAvocado Cucumber Tzatziki Sauce. A great healthy meal to have on the table in 30 minutes!

Ingredients

Beef Kabobs:

  • 1.5磅。顶级牛里脊肉,切成1” cubes

  • 2zucchini, cut into1” slices
  • 1 pintof cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Avocado Cucumber Tzatziki:

  • 5.5 oz. Fage plain greek yogurt
  • half anavocado
  • 1 teaspoonof dry dill
  • 1/2 cupof cucumber, grated
  • juice of1lemon
  • 1garlic clove
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add garlic and blender for 30 seconds.
  2. Next add yogurt, avocado, dill, cucumber, lemon juice, and salt & pepper. Blend until creamy and completely combined.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Prep kabobs, alternate beef and cut vegetables on skewers. Season with olive oil, salt, & pepper
  5. 他at grill to medium high heat.
  6. Place kabobs on grill and grill 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve Beef Kabobs with Avocado Cucumber Tzatziki Sauce.
