Ingredients
- 1 cuppearl couscous
- 1 1/2 cupwater
- 1 cupfresh diced mango
- 1/4 cupfresh diced cilantro
- 1/4 cupdiced red onion
- 1 tablespoonolive oil
- 1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoonground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
- 1 teaspoonhoney
- salt to taste
Instructions
