Ingredients

  • 1 cuppearl couscous
  • 1 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 cupfresh diced mango
  • 1/4 cupfresh diced cilantro
  • 1/4 cupdiced red onion
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoonground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonhoney
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  5. Add the couscous to a bowl with mango, cilantro, red onion, and vinaigrette.
  6. Gently toss with a wooden spoon to incorporate all the ingredients. Serve.
