Description

ThisPaleo Avocado Tzatziki Saucemakes the perfect healthy dip or condiment! Eat it with burgers, veggies, pita chips or whatever else you like!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupgrated cucumber
  • 1ripe avoacdo
  • 1small garlic clove, grated {make sure it is small}
  • 2T. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. dry dill
  • Juice of1lemon
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  2. Add cucumber and garlic to small food processor.
  3. Add 1 whole ripe avocado.
  4. Then olive oil, juice from 1 lemon, dry dill, and salt & pepper to taste.
  5. Blend until completely combined.
  6. You can store in refrigerator.
  7. Serve with pita bread, veggies, on a salad, or as a condiment on a burger or sandwich
