Ingredients

- 2 cupsregular oats
- 1/2 cupground flax seed
- 1/2 cuphoney
- 1/2 cuppumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoonchia seed
- 2 teaspoonpumpkin spice mix
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/2 cupdark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add oats, ground flax seed, honey, pumpkin puree, chia seeds, pumpkin spice mix, and vanilla extract to a food processor. Pulse until everything is combined. About 5-7 times.
- Pour mixture into a large bowl, add chocolate chips and knead to combine.
- Form into small 1″ balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Serve!
