Ingredients

  • 1/2green apple, diced (with skin)
  • 1/2lemon, peel and seeds removed
  • 1/2 cupfrozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2banana(fresh or frozen)
  • 1scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cupunsweetened almond milk or water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and apple are completely pureed.
  2. Serve.
