- 1/2 cupfrozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2banana(fresh or frozen)
- 1scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoonground cinnamon
- 3/4 cupunsweetened almond milk or water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and apple are completely pureed.
