Tender grilled chicken served with sweet and juicy grilled grapes.

Ingredients
- 2T. olive oil
- 1 tsp. lemon zest {1 lemon}
- 1T. lemon juice
- 2cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into3/4-inch cubes
- 8(10-inch) skewers
- 1 1/2 cups葡萄无核绿色
- Cooking spray
- 1lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Cut 1 lb. or 4 chicken breasts up into 3/4 inch cubes {or smaller} and set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic cloves, cumin, coriander, and salt.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.
- Prepare outdoor grill to medium high heat. Remove green grapes from stem and place in bowl.
- Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Grill grapes for about 2 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
