Ingredients
Asparagus Fries:
- 2lb.s of asparagus spears
- 1 cupof panko
- 1/3 cup帕尔玛的
- 1/2 teaspoonof dry basil
- 3egg whites, beaten
Lemon Herb Aioli
- 2汤匙of your favorite fresh herbs {thyme, basil, rosemary}
- juice of1lemon
- 1/2 cupof mayo
- 1/8 teaspoonof garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In a small bowl mix panko, parmesan, and dry basil.
- In another small bowl, lightly beat egg whites.
- Dunk the Asparagus spears in beaten eggs white first then in the panko mixture.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, in a small bowl mix, fresh herbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, and mayo. Set aside.
- Remove asparagus fries from the oven and serve with the aioli.
